Our dedicated team of Senior Relationship Manager, Account Manager and Sales Assistant are responsible for each customer’s portfolio. The SRM is responsible for strategic planning with clients, as well as all solutions regarding the client's balance sheet, investment consulting, private equity investments, and broader financing. The AM is responsible for monitoring and administrating the client’s portfolio while the Sales Assistant is responsible for all current transactions and paperwork connected with customer service. This model allows our customer’s portfolio to be regularly analyzed and controlled to take proper action when the market situation changes.
We pay great attention to our customers’ comfort, both in terms of the high quality of our services and the comfortable interiors of our branches. We guarantee a high level of discretion by limiting the number of people who have access to our customers’ data and by providing comfortable meeting rooms with modern designer furniture which are separated from the rest of the bank’s premises.
