Most important iBRE qualities are reliability and security guaranteed by the
modern IT infrastructure of BRE Bank.
Confidentiality of information sent is ensured by means of SSL protocol with 128-bit key.
Using one-time passwords read by tokens prevents from unauthorised access to users' accounts and excludes banking transactions not authorised by the Client.
The possibility of flexible defining authorization for particular users allows for specifying their functions in the system, which strengthens additionally security of most sensitive data.
iBRE was fitted with flexible mechanism for administration of users' authorizations. The system user has access only to those functionalities and data to which he is authorised.
The functionality supporting significantly the management of authorisations in the system is the Electronic Signature Card (EKP) used for configuration of the iBRE users' authorizations in respect of financial order authorizations.
Defining EKP involves adding, modifying or deleting groups of users with rights to authorize orders. Additionally, for each group of users, unit limits may be defined which specify the maximum amount of one order signed and 24h limits which specify the maximum amount of orders signed on a single day by means of EKP. The system allows for setting various limits for particular accounts and types of orders.
The Client may define a number of authorisation levels accordingly to the organisational structure of a company. The number of a given group of users determines the number of authorisations required to execute a financial order by that group. Example: a user who is a single-person group may authorise orders by himself, yet in the case of 3-person group, an order may be executed only upon authorisation of all the three persons.
