The user identifier is used for the client identification in the iBRE system, and should be used only for log in or in contacts with the bank. The identifier should not be passed on by e-mail or phone to ineligible persons.

In order to assure highest level of security, user authentication and payment authorization requires ActivCard Token. The Token is secured with a four digit PIN created by the user. The Token and PIN should not be passed on to ineligible persons. The one-time password generated by the token is user’s electronic signature. Remember that the one-time password is required only for logon and payment authorization.

The one-time password is displayed on the token screen only for 30 seconds. This password can be used only once. If ten consecutive passwords are generated without successful authentication, the token will become out of sync. In such an event, you will not be able to log in using the token (the system will display the incorrect token value message despite the token being entered correctly). If this occurs, contact the Branch Administrator for token synchronization. During the contact follow the instructions given by the Administrator.
