This section covers stock exchange announcements about transactions on securities of BRE Bank, made by the management and authorities of our Bank, as well as other related persons within the meaning of the act on trading securities of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 2005.183.1538).

“Related parties” are:

1. management and supervisory board members of the issuer or its duly authorised representatives,
2. other persons holding managerial positions in the organisational structure of the issuer, having unrestricted access to confidential information referring, directly or indirectly, to that issuer, as well as powers to make decisions influencing its development and business perspectives.
